The Revellers Kids’ Club Out of Hours Facility

We provide an out-of-hours child care provision called The Revellers Kids’ Club. We currently run two Kids’ Clubs at our main site in Monks Kirby. The club attended by our younger children including our Reception Unit is run by Mrs Helen Swinfen, helped by Mrs Karen Mapplethorpe, with a maximum of 24 spaces available. The older children attend our Key Stage Two club which is run by Mrs Anna Morgan, helped by Mrs Lynne Franklin, Mrs Sandra Gulec, Miss Lisa Ridgway and Mr Matt Stubbs and offers a maximum of 30 spaces. Further spaces can be accommodated in each club if sufficient demand arises providing physical capacity has not been reached.

Activities which include construction, arts and crafts, gardening, outdoor play, board games and many, many more are tailored to the age range of the children attending the clubs. At the main site we have access to and undertake activities in the community room, classrooms, library, ICT suite, school hall and the school grounds. Activities are planned a half term in advance and these will be published to parents to confirm drop off and pick up places however both clubs are in constant contact with each other via walkie-talkies.

Children attending The Revellers Kids’ Club from our Reception Unit will need to be dropped off and collected from the main site in Monks Kirby and will then be transported to and from the Reception Unit.
