“Staff morale is high and there is a joyful spirit in the school.”

(Ofsted - December 2022)

Current vacancies

We are currently seeking to recruit outstanding teachers in both KS1 and KS2. Due to some 'last minute vacancies' last academic year which were filled with very high quality staff but staff who only wished to undertake the role short term, we are now in the situation of being able to take our time to recruit permanent staff for September 2024 going forward.

As a federation, we have a proud tradition of recruitment and retention and opportunities at The Revel rarely arise; only doing so when geographical re-location or promotion amongst existing staff creates opportunity for back-fill.

We are equally excited to welcome applications from aspiring new teachers to the profession as we are experienced teachers.

Please contact the school office to arrange a visit to see our friendly and welcoming unique school environment and to see if you feel you would fit in with us and our team.

Fair Workload charter markThe Revel is a very popular place to work. We have never struggled with staff recruitment! Amongst the many reasons for this is the fact that we the first primary school in Warwickshire to have been awarded the 'Fair Workload' charter mark demonstrating our collaborative commitment to ensuring that staff at all levels feel empowered, work with professional autonomy and have a healthy work life balance free from excessive or oppressive unnecessary workloads that do not directly impact children or their learning.
